InArte - International Meetings of Inclusion through the Arts aims to examine and explore new strategies of work and interaction of disabled people for citizenship by promoting contact with the various forms of artistic expression. The main objective is to promote and disseminate the arts as a form of teaching, occupational therapy and social integration, sensitizing professionals and the community that deal with disabled people for the importance of the arts as a tool to combat social exclusion, and opening horizons to other aesthetic areas, which accept this difference as part of the creative process. InArte includes various cultural events - seminars, performances, video exhibitions, talks and workshops. It brings together artists, technicians, psychologists, journalists, teachers and students in reflection and sharing of processes and issues through dialogue and artistic display.
